Ageing Well offers the chance for older people, carers, and family members to find out more information about the local organisations, services and activities available to them in their local area and community.

Birmingham Community Healthcare - Falls and Fracture Prevention Service
A community based falls team that provide assesments in peoples own home. The service is aimed at adults over 60 who have fallen. You do require a referal to health professionals to acsess the service, however their website has a short video on how to reduce the risk of falling and information on appointments.
