Safe and Well Visits (West Midlands Fire Service)
Safe and Well Checks are carried out by West Midlands Fire Service to help keep people safe in their homes offering personalised advice and support to reduce risks in the home.

The Herbet Protocol (West Midlands Police)
The Herbert Protocol is a UK-wide police initiative designed to quickly locate vulnerable people who go missing. It involves filling out a form with crucial information—such as photos, habits, medication, and, common locations—to be provided to police, saving critical time in locating the individual.

Occupational Therapy Drop In
Birmingham City Council Occupational Therapy Team offer in person drop in clinics across Birmingham. Each clinic is run in an accessible location in community settings, and if you need a formal referral, this can be done from the clinic. 

Adult Social Care Drop In
Birmingham City Council Adult Social Care Community Social Workers deliver drop-in sessions across the city for general advice and information. These sessions are an opportunity for people with lower level social care needs to have an initial discussion and provide some light touch support, advice and information.

Pendant Alarms

Careline Team
Careline is a 24 hour, 365 days a year technology enabled care (TEC) service run by Birmingham City Council.

Telecare is a whole range of 'assistive technology' products. It includes alarm systems, sensors and devices that provide support to people living in their own homes through a link to the TEC accredited Careline Telecare service.

The service can transform the lives of people who wish to remain living independently for as long as they can. It brings reassurance to users and their family by ensuring safety and a way to call for help both from in the home and when out and about.
